Not at all. Understanding SIBO is crucial since it's a primary trigger for irritable bowel syndrome, but if you haven't taken a dedicated SIBO course, don't worry. Our course features a complete lesson solely focused on SIBO, along with an additional lesson explaining how SIBO can contribute to histamine intolerance. What sets this course apart is that it also covers the connection between SIBO-induced nutrient deficiencies and methylation issues. It's a comprehensive resource that serves as a single destination to comprehend the significant correlations among these conditions.

Each week the group (maximum of 10 people) will meet via Zoom for 90 mins. These calls are designed to answer any questions you have relating to that week's lesson and to discuss case studies. You’ll get to ask questions directly to me and learn alongside others who are in the exact same position.

You will be given access to all the course content on the first day of the course so you can watch the video content at your own pace. It is advised, however, that you watch the course content relevant for each week’s Group Coaching Call before the call so you get as much out of the call as you can. 

Each week is slightly different but on average the webinars take anywhere from 30mins - 70mins to watch.  The group coaching calls are 90mins. This means you would need to dedicate approximately 2.5 hours per week.

Yes! All course participants are eligible to join the Group Mentoring Membership Program, which includes 2 x 60-minute group coaching calls per month and costs only $79 monthly.

I have a lot of interest in my work from the US, Canada and Europe so I anticipate a lot of you will be in a different time zone from me in Australia. With this in mind I will ensure the group coaching calls will be at a reasonable time for you - not too early and not too late. The time will be worked out once we know what time zones we are dealing with.

I get it, histamine and methylation seem complicated, especially if you’re not comfortable with biochemistry or just starting out in the field.
